You can use almost every type of potato for this, from floury to firm. Steaming is well-suited for preserving all of the taste and vitamins of your potato, which also absorbs more water.

Preparation:

Put the potatoes, with or without skin, in the steamer. Season the potatoes with coarse sea salt. Steam the salted potatoes for 20 minutes.


Tip: A sprig of rosemary added to the steamer can be delicious.
