CORNE DE GATTE
Also called Pink Fir Apple. This potato variety is French in origin. It is a moderately late to late potato that is also cultivated in Belgium as a specialty. The elongated, nodular potato has a pale pink peel. Its eyes are very deep. It is a waxy potato with a nut-like flavour.
