RATTE

Ratte d’Ardeche is a potato variety that originally came from France. The potato is elongated.  The peel is a yellow-brown. It is a reasonably firm potato with white to slightly yellow flesh with a nutty flavour. The Ratte has Joël Robuchon and his mashed potatoes to thank for its popularity.
